DURING your first visit to our facility
we’ll evaluate your physical condition by measuring body fat
composition, cardiovascular capacity and strength. These tests enable
us to create a customized program designed specifically
to help you reach your health and fitness goals.
OUR clients range from high school kids trying to
improve their odds of making the varsity team to senior citizens
following their physician’s advice, and everyone in between.
We’ve helped runners train for marathons and other clients
lose over 100 pounds. Whether your goal is to drop that extra 10
pounds or completely change your lifestyle, our staff of certified/degreed
trainers can help you lose fat, gain muscle, increase flexibility
and feel better about your appearance. Your goals are important
to us and we’ll do our best to help you achieve them
WE recommend that you train 2-4 times a
week with at least one day between trainings. Your body
requires adequate rest between sessions to obtain optimal results.
SESSIONS are scheduled on the hour. Plan on arriving
20 minutes early for a brief warm-up. Sessions last approximately
one full hour – We leave a few minutes at the end to schedule
your next session.
